I cannot remember my username.

Your username is FirstName.LastName.

I cannot remember my password.

Click forgot password and enter your username (FirstName.LastName) and a link will be sent to you to create a new password.

I am a member of AACO and I do not see the member price?

Be sure you are logged into your member account. Using FirstName.LastName as your username.

I don't know what my member account credentials are. I don't remember creating one.

Members of AACO had accounts created for them. Your username is FirstName.LastName. When the account was created an email was sent out from support-no-reply@aaco.brightspace.com to create a password and finalize the account. If you do not have that email then click forgot password and have a link sent to you. Your username is FirstName.LastName.

I still can't get into my member account should I create a new one?

NO!! Email aaco@orthoptics.org before continuing forward.

I am not an AACO member, do I have an account already created?

Only if you created your account already. Non-members must create their accounts themselves. If you are unsure, click forgot password and have a link sent to you. Username is FirstName.LastName. If it tells you an account does not exist for this username and email then you need to create one.
